Metta Yoga Teacher Training

Have you always wanted to dig deeper?   Do you believe there is more to the world and us as a people?   Would you find a level of fulfillment in giving back by becoming a yoga instructor?

Welcome to…

METTA, a Buddhist concept and practice, is an altruistic attitude, one of love, kindness and friendliness. Through METTA one strives to renounce bitterness, resentment, judgment and expectation of every kind, developing instead a mind of warm-hearted community and benevolence. METTA seeks the well-being and happiness of others. Simply put METTA is what the world needs more of today.

We at METTA School of Yoga, apply this concept throughout our lifestyle and teaching in hopes that our time together will aid in not only increasing your basis of yogic knowledge to take and share within the world but, also a lifestyle shift that you will share with your every breath.

Testimonials

Look no further for your yoga teacher training! Ken & Marcy offer a program that far exceeds the normal curriculum for ytt. Ken has a vast knowledge of anatomy & physiology coupled with an Iyengar style of yoga teaching that encourages yoga practice on a much deeper level beyond just learning poses. Marcy takes you on a spiritual journey of discovery. She has such insight and skill that allows the student to open doors of personal growth. They have brought their many years of experience to this program with an extensive training manual, reading selections and hands on training, just to mention a few. Ken & Marcy brought in other highly trained yoga teachers for even more specific training. Within a couple of months at the school I was comfortable practicing my teaching skills for my instructors. Metta School Of Yoga is truly one that encompassing mind, body & spirit.” -Joanne Rulli Braunsberg
