Ken Bell

E-RYT 500 YACEP, CPBN, MS, MBA

Ken is a student of Buddhism, yoga, meditation and life. An impassioned practitioner he began his personal journey to discover a greater sense of his body/mind/spirit connection, while improving his overall state of well-being.

Ken’s background is science based as an Exercise Physiologist by formal training as well as being certified in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University.

He is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500, YACEP certified instructor, having taught yoga and meditation internationally.  Ken’s additional yoga credentials are as a YA certified Yin Yoga instructor and is the lead trainer and co-owner, along with his amazing wife, of Metta School of Yoga which specializes in training future yoga teachers. He has taught anatomy, alignment and physiology for several Teacher Training programs as well as provides consultation services and private sessions

In addition, he is a certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, tai chi, yin certified (YA) and meditation instructor. Ken has written for several health and wellness publications including MindBodyGreen, as well as an author of a fitness booklet and has co-authored 3 vegan cookbooks with his soulmate and wife, Marcy.

He has a unique and skillful way of offering wellness and conscious living alternatives, and strives to inspire others in their journey of self-discovery.

Ken has a genuine love for people and a true passion for yoga on and off his mat which results in his compassion for others and all living creatures.

Ken is a dedicated father and husband and a free spirit at heart and teaches from the foundation of limitless potential for awakening the body/mind/spirit connection.
